What you need to know.
Local taxes.
All prices are exclusive of a local tourism tax of €2 / day (for guests 15 yrs and over; €2,45 from winter season onwards).
Deposit & reservation.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the price for your stay must be transferred to our account. We request that you transfer the balance to our account no later than two weeks before your arrival or pay by cash, EC or debit card, Visa or Mastercard at Reception by 9 pm on the night before you leave, or even a few days before to avoid queuing.
Travel insurance & cancellation protection:
A reservation is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, cancellation charges will be payable. It is not all that unusual for something unexpected to happen and for a holiday to have to be cancelled or broken off early. We would like to spare you the associated costs and bother.
For this reason we recommend that you take out a hotel cancellation insurance policy from Europäische Reiseversicherung (incl. free Covid cover). We recommend “Hotelstorno Plus” insurance (incl. helicopter rescue).
Cancellation conditions
The following regulations apply in the event of cancellation (percentage of the total travel price):
Rebookings or cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
- 29-22 days before arrival we charge 50 %
- 21-14 days before arrival we charge 60 %
- 13-7 days before arrival we charge 70 %
- 6-1 day(s) before arrival and in case of early departure we charge 100 %
Garage parking space
If you arrive by car, we have reserved an underground parking space.
Your vehicle is safe and secure there! For this service we charge € 15,- per day (€ 20,- per day from winter season onwards).
