Here four people, for whom hospitality is in the blood, take care in person, unceremoniously, of the needs of their guests. What started in 1949 with a small accommodation establishment in Saalbach, is now being run by the third generation of the family with an expert’s eye on the future. They? Maximilian, Alexander, Alexandra and Wolfgang are your hosts at THE VIEW. An all-round sportsman, a skiing pro, a superwoman and a bike tourism pioneer know exactly what matters. For joie de vivre. For freedom. For enjoyment!
One for all? No! The four of us together for all of your holiday wishes!
At THE VIEW no one single person is in charge of the big picture. We share it four ways. Each of us has their own skills, capabilities and passions. Alexandra is the hotel’s superwoman and at the same time a real sporting ace. She prefers to organise and manage in sports clothes than a dirndl. Need an idea for an activity? She knows where you can go to really let off steam. When it comes to mountain biking, there is hardly anyone around who knows more than Wolfgang. After all, it is down to him and his comrades in arms that Saalbach Hinterglemm has become such a bikers’ El Dorado. Anyone who chats with him will soon become a biking fan – if they weren't already!

All eyes are on Maximilian and Alexander – the two youngster at THE VIEW. They prefer to be out and about on skis and are really good at it. Both are children of the mountains, love nature and know it like the backs of their hands. You are quite likely to come across them somewhere in the hotel, where they like to get stuck in. If so, you should take advantage and get them to give you the best insider tips. Where are the coolest adventures to be had? Where are the best places to practice? Which trail, which summit ascent really gets the adrenaline pumping?

We live in paradise. And we know how blessed we are. So much nature, so many cool possibilities, so much space for feeling good. So why not share it? At THE VIEW people meet from all over the world. And we want them to share in our good fortune. Informally. Personally. With warmth and genuine happiness.
